Seasonal, restaurant-quality food made by a chef in your home
From cosy three-course meals, to seven-course tasting menus, to luxury BBQs, to beautiful canapés, The Season Kitchen can provide exactly what you want for your event.
Chef Paul Evans begins by designing the menu. He only uses seasonal ingredients, so the dishes are dictated by what is ripest, most fresh, and most flavourful.
He then sources the very best ingredients from local, organic suppliers. Over the years of working in kitchens all over the UK, Paul knows quality produce. He’s developed strong relationships with butchers, fishmongers, farmers, greengrocers, bakers, and cheesemongers across the UK.
For your event, the vast majority of the food you and your guests enjoy will be grown locally in Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds.
Paul then prepares the dishes in his professional kitchen at his property in Cheltenham before packing everything safely and transporting it to your venue.
Once set up in your home, Paul cooks every ingredient to perfection and presents each dish in his modern, high- end style. As you enjoy your meal with your guests, Paul will clean down the kitchen and leave your space spotless.
How it all started

It starts with the food. Chef Paul Evans has always loved being in the kitchen and creating delicious dishes from humble ingredients.
Since the early 2000s, Paul has pushed himself to train in and work in some of the best restaurants in the UK. Paul has achieved exceptional success. He has worked in two 5AA rosette awarded restaurants, which is the highest level awarded by the AA. Twice, Paul has personally been awarded 3 AA rosettes as Head Chef.
Only the top 10% of the restaurants in the UK have 3 AA rosettes, and being recognised for this honour was certainly a highlight in his career.
Paul has also worked in 1, 2 & 3 Michelin starred restaurants. These restaurants are among the best in the world. There are only eight 3 Michelin starred restaurants currently in the UK and Paul has trained with two of them.

As well as multiple chef and catering qualifications, Paul has also achieved a 5-star food hygiene rating, and both Level 2 & Level 3 Food Safety and Allergens certifications.
Paul has worked in restaurants with rooms, country house spa hotels with multiple kitchens, fine dining and brasserie kitchens. His vast range of experience within the hospitality industry is part of what makes Paul such a reliable and dependable chef.
His respect for ingredients and the craft of cooking means Paul’s motto is ‘flavour first, seasonal always’.
