The quality of the food at your event starts with the ingredients.

We create bespoke menus with locally sourced meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables. Supporting farmers and producers in our communities is important to us. You may even be eating food grown on The Season Kitchen’s allotment.

We work with the seasons and create dishes with produce when it’s at its most ripe, most fresh, and most flavourful. It’s the best way to guarantee each bite of your meal is delicious.

The Season Kitchen’s founder, Paul Evans, oversees every part of the catering process. As a chef with two decades of restaurant experience, including in Michelin star kitchens, he is perfectly placed to ensure every morsel of food is exactly as it should be. Your menu will be unique to you, and we’ll handle dietary requirements too. No one should feel left out at a party.

    Every ingredient, pot, pan, and knife is provided by us, and we leave your kitchen immaculately clean.

    Based on your needs we can provide wait staff and a list of trusted suppliers for flowers, seating, table hire, tableware, invitations, and lighting.

Paul Evans cares about food, ingredients, and experiences, which makes him one of the best private chefs in the UK. After two decades of intense kitchen experiences, working his way up in pioneering kitchens all over Britain, Paul decided to take a new direction in 2020.

It was time to do things his way, on his terms. That meant working directly with producers, and directly with guests to create excellent food and excellent evenings. Flavour first, seasonal always.

The rolling green hills of the Cotswold countryside don’t just look pretty. They’re responsible for naturally-fed animals, reared by expert farmers. They’re responsible for seasonal, fresh vegetables and orchards full of ripening fruit. Chef Paul Evans even organically grows product on his own allotment.

Perhaps the only thing The Cotswolds can’t supply - fresh fish and seafood - is sourced directly from Cornwall and prepared in the kitchen within 24 hours.
